Alchemist's Sling

This sling can fling potions and similar items. If you hit a creature with one, it doesn't deal damage or trigger masteries: instead, a healing potion applies maximum healing and a detrimental potion applies effects as if the target failed the Dexterity saving throw, if applicable. If the attack misses, the item is lost without effect unless the target uses their Reaction to turn it into a hit.
