Power Word: Meal

During a Short Rest, you may choose to share your food with others. When you expend Hit Dice during this Rest, an ally recovers the Hit Points rolled instead of you (using their CON modifier, not yours). At the end of that Rest, you get a +1 bonus to one Saving Throw type of your choice (STR, DEX, etc) until your next Rest.
