While worn, you have resistance to fire damage. Once per day, you can activate the ring as an action to transform your arm into the head of a small red dragon, spewing fiery breath in front of you as per the spell Burning Hands—except it extends in a 30 foot cone instead of 15 feet as usual—and then your arm reverts back to normal.
