Bracelet of the Shining Star

Once per day, while the sky is visible above you, you can activate the bracelet to cast a modified Magic Missile spell: stars soar down from the sky and take the form of 3 motes that float around your head for 1 minute. When a creature deals damage to you, those motes strike out to them as in the spell's description. When they do, 1d4-1 of those motes return to you.
